How to choose the right one?

Our Pilates center offers different types of courses and schedules, to adapt to every possible request and requirement. Some ask for individual lessons, some group lessons, we offer both, but never more than 4 students per class! Today many people love to carry out activities in pairs and with us, they can sign up for courses designed for 2.

Do you have doubts about how to start the Pilates program? The first evaluation lesson will dissolve them: the teacher will identify together with the student what type of training their body needs to improve physical fitness and what level of activity they can undertake.

The structure of the lesson is laid out so that the group is homogeneous not by age but by physical characteristics so that the students have a uniform level and therefore adequate learning.

Three types of Pilates courses

Our Pilates centre in Milan offers a choice of:

Individual lessons

This course is suitable for those who wish to dedicate a completely personalized treatment to themselves. In the individual lesson, the teacher dedicates his attention to a single student and follows the student with an exercise program designed specifically after the individual needs of the student.

The student can therefore completely rely on the teacher and follow his instructions by focusing exclusively on themself and their body.

Couple lessons

This course is aimed at those who want to receive personalized treatment but in the company of a friend, an acquaintance or simply another person with whom to share the experience of the Pilates Method.

In this type of lesson, the teacher offers the two students a common workout but without losing focus of the individual needs of each student.

Semi-private lessons

It’s the so-called group lesson, suitable for those who want to dedicate themselves to the care of their body and mind without forgetting the pleasure of being able to make new acquaintances and to relate to others, sharing the experience of the Pilates Method.

The semi-private lesson brings together up to a maximum of four people and the students are constantly under the guidance of the teacher who gives information on the exercises to be performed, corrects and modifies the work.
