Stefano Cogliati
Graduated in sports sciences at the University of Milan, Stefano has experience of several decades in teaching and training ranging from athletes of the Italian national snowboard and ski team, who has trained for three Olympic cycles (Turin 2006, Vancouver 2010 and Pyeongchang 2018), to preschoolers.
In 2003 he graduated a “Pilates Teacher” at the Anna Maria Cova school.
In 2006 he founded the Pilates Studio Cesare da Sesto 24 in Milan with Claudia Urbano.
He continued to train becoming, in February 2014, a teacher certified by the P.M.A. (Pilates Method Alliance) alliance that brings together all training schools worldwide with the highest quality standards.
In 2019 he got certified in the United States in Pilates Suspension Method with Rebecca Beckler.
In his spare time, in addition to training pedaling with a racing bike, he loves being a ski, snowboard, and telemark ski instructor.
