Claudia Urbano

Claudia graduated from ISEF (Higher Institute of Physical Education of Lombardy) in 1993, in 1996 she graduated in Sports Science and Training at the UFR STAPS DIJON (maitrise en entrainment – Science du sport).

 For fifteen years she has been working in the world of fitness as an instructor and personal trainer.

 In 2003 she approached the Pilates method becoming a certified teacher of the Pilates method spread in Italy by Anna Maria Cova.

 In 2006 she founded the Pilates Studio Cesare da Sesto 24 in Milan with Stefano Cogliati.

She is interested in the Kinesis maxillofacial integration (KMI), a manual technique of postural integration and following the courses in Oxford with Tomas Mayer and James Earls in 2010 he achieves the KMI certification.

 In 2013 she obtained the patent of Masseuse C.B.

 In 2014 she got certified as a Yamuna Body Rolling teacher.
